In 2005, I started working as a volunner at GameSports, a product of Freaks 4U which Micha was leading out, which led to Micha offering me various internship, apprenticeship and freelance opportunities at Freaks 4U and my move to Berlin. In 2011, Micha and I decided to found Freaks 4U Gaming, a spin-off of Freaks 4U, to offer publishers and brands a holistic approach for gaming and esports marketing.

In a parallel life, my profession might be something that combines my passion for leadership, creativity, and impactful changes. I see myself being a motivational speaker or a life coach, helping others unlock their potential and achieve their dreams. Alternatively, I might find fulfillment as a documentary filmmaker, telling powerful stories that inspire change and resonate with a wide audience. Additionally, being a tour manager for comedians could also be part of this life, blending my love for entertainment with the dynamic and ever-changing industry that keeps me engaged.

Coach Carter challenges his players to rise above their circumstances and prioritize their education, sending a powerful message that success in life goes beyond victories on the court.

The best part of my job is supporting employees grow and realize their full potential. Q: In a parallel life, what would your profession be?
I’m kind of a speed junkie, so this one’s easy. I’d be a fighter pilot, experiencing the amazing freedom of the open sky, alone at the helm of one of the fastest machines ever built. It’s the perfect blend of adrenaline and tranquility. (or a dog walker?)

While I’m a big Conan fan, I wouldn’t say I’m him. Maybe a companion, but as my true self now, navigating the wild depths of forgotten kingdoms alongside.

Battlestar Galactica for sure! There’s something in there to inspire everyone. It’s got all the ups and downs, the struggles, the victories, the lost hope, and the ultimate triumph. Amazing stories on leadership, dedication, and teamwork.
