We tied up with Tencent to bring the inaugural edition of the PUBG Mobile Global Open 2024 to São Paulo, Brazil. From conceptualizing and executing the on-ground production across two venues and 12 days, managing a roster of 16 teams across 10 countries, broadcasting in 14 languages with dynamic storytelling captured through 80 cameras, and marketing the event, the team left no stone unturned in putting together a great experience for teams and viewers. This resulted in over 500,000 peak viewers and exceeded 5 million hours watched from 38 broadcast hours. #PMGO is aimed at pushing boundaries and bringing global opportunities to players across the world. The open-to-all format provided a launchpad for aspiring esports athletes to compete at the top tier of mobile esports and prove their mettle.
