As the Marketing person, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our esports and live entertainment events. You will work closely with the Marketing Managers to ensure the successful implementation of 360-degree marketing campaigns, integrating online and offline channels to maximize reach, engagement, and audience loyalty.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for esports tournaments and live entertainment events to drive attendance & engagement
- Ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing channels, including
digital advertising, social media, OOH & Print, influencer partnerships, email marketing, PR, event & experiential marketing.
Brand Promotion:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
- Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition within the esports and entertainment communities.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Work closely with the content team to create compelling and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
- Curate user-generated content and leverage fan engagement to enhance the overall brand narrative.
Partnership Management:
- Collaborate with sponsors, influencers, and other strategic partners to amplify marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with brand objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of on-site activations and experiences to enhance the overall event atmosphere and fan engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience with a focus on marketing and/or live entertainment, or a related industry.
- CTC – 5 – 7 LPA.
- Strong understanding of the esports and live entertainment landscape.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
